• EMPLOYERS' LIABILITY INSURANCE
    This cover is a legal requirement if your CLT has employees or volunteers. It protects the organisation against the cost of compensation claims should a member of the team sustain an illness or injury as a result of your negligence while working for you.
  • PUBLIC & PROPERTY LIABILITY INSURANCE
    Public Liability Insurance pays out if a third party suffers an injury, or damage to their property as a result of CLT negligence. Property Owners Liability, on the other hand, covers injury or damage as a result of a faulty product or service provided by your organisation.
  • BUILDINGS INSURANCE
    This protects the structure of the buildings you are responsible for, including walls, roofs and ceilings. This covers the rebuild value of properties if they are destroyed by an insured incident.
  • MATERIAL DAMAGE INSURANCE
    Formerly known as Fire & Perils Insurance, this policy protects property and assets against events such as fire, flood and storms. Material Damage Insurance allows you to cover the cost of replacements, so disruption is minimised.
  • MONEY & ASSAULT INSURANCE
    This policy protects your CLT if money is stolen either from your premises or in transit. Personal assault protection is also provided.
  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION INSURANCE
    This policy protects your CLT in the event of an insurable incident. It covers essential costs while you get back on your feet. This could even include the cost of relocating if your offices cannot be used.
  • ALL RISKS INSURANCE
    This All Risks policy protects items removed from your office to anywhere within the UK, covering the cost of a replacement.
  • FIDELITY INSURANCE
    Also known as Employee Dishonesty Insurance, this is usually a requirement of your right-to-manage contract. It covers the cost of losses as a result of employee dishonesty, such as theft or fraud.
  • PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE
    Personal Accident Insurance can be added to your policy. It provides a payout to employees, helping them to manage their bills while they recover from an accident.
  • MANAGEMENT LIABILITY INSURANCE
    This is the name of a group of covers. It includes: Directors & Officers Liability Insurance, Company Legal Liability Insurance, Employment Practices Liability, Fidelity Insurance and access to a 24-hour legal helpline. Please see the covers listed below for more details.
  • DIRECTORS & OFFICERS LIABILITY INSURANCE
    Included as part of an ML policy, this covers the personal liability of board members and volunteers in the event of legal action being brought against them. It provides funds for legal counsel and the cost of compensation, should they be found to have committed ‘wrongful acts’.
  • COMPANY LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
    Included as part of an ML policy, this protects your CLT against claims brought against the organisation, for instance for breaches of Health & Safety Law. It covers legal representation and the cost of damages.
  • EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES LIABILITY
    Included as part of an ML policy, Employment Practice Liability Insurance works hand in hand with Employers' Liability Insurance. It protects your team against claims for wrongful acts relating to employment, such as bullying, discrimination or harassment. Employers' Liability covers injuries and illness sustained by your team.
  • CYBER LIABILITY
    Protection in the event that your CLT loses data, or suffers a malicious cyber attack. This policy covers the cost of recovering data and managing reputational damage.
  • LAND LIABILITY INSURANCE
    This provides liability and legal expenses cover for landowners. It includes cover for risks that include public rights of way and natural and man-made hazards.
  • PROPERTY OWNERS' LIABILITY INSURANCE
    This cover is designed to financially protect you from third-party claims for personal injury or property damage as a result of your ownership of the property. It includes unoccupied properties.
  • PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY INSURANCE
    This cover protects you against claims for wrongful advice, errors or breach of care (whether it is given for free or in exchange for payment).
  • UNOCCUPIED PROPERTY INSURANCE (RESIDENTIAL / COMMERCIAL)
    This is a specialist policy that provides you with cover for properties that are not currently being lived in or used.
  • EVENT INSURANCE
    Events can be associated with risks including cancellation, accidents and property damage. This cover will financially protect you from them.
