Torque Bike names Ben as its charity of the year

We are delighted to announce Torque Bike’s new partnership with Ben, the automotive industry charity.

The relationship began in January with an initial £500 donation, which will be followed by fundraising activities and challenges throughout 2023. Our Torque Bike team will also donate £20 to Ben for every motorcycle trader that becomes a new client over the next 12 months.

Time to give back

Having provided insurance broking services for motorcycle dealerships for several years, the Torque Bike team knows the challenges faced by the sector and its people. Naming Ben ‘charity of the year’ was a natural step, and opens up the opportunity for the team to give back to clients and the wider community.

The partnership with Torque Bike will help Ben to continue with its vital work, supporting automotive employees past and present with their health and wellbeing.

Ben Bethell, Scheme Executive at Torque Bike, commented: “Ben is a fantastic organisation and we’re delighted to provide our support. The last few years have taken their toll on all of us. This is our way of supporting our community.”

Matt Wiggington, Director of Partnerships, Engagement and Income at Ben, added: “We are delighted that Torque Bike is working in partnership with Ben, the automotive industry charity. Together we will support people in our industry when they face life’s toughest challenges. The generosity of businesses, and their employees, helps ensure Ben is always there for them, and Torque Bike’s commitment will make a life-changing difference.”
